Individual Counseling
Both Mandy and Caitlin offer individual counseling to adults specializing in a variety of presenting concerns related to women's issues. Some of those include: reproductive trauma and perinatal challenges, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety related disorders, perimenopause, menopause, and women's health. Our providers are trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities to tailor your therapeutic needs.

Couples Counseling
Dr. Overfelt offers couples counseling and specializes in helping couples navigate communication challenges and life's obstacles, such as infertility, loss, grief, and other stressors. She is trained in the Gottman Method and EFT. Click here to make an appointment.
Consultation/Supervision
Dr. Overfelt is an approved supervisor in the state of Missouri for other licensed professional counselors. Reach out for inquiry! Dr. Overfelt enjoys consulting with other professionals, especially those working with reproductive trauma to continue creating a community to best serve clients.
